Since we'd not done this before, we needed someone who would listen to our questions and concerns while simultaneously hearing the unspoken and addressing that. She also helped us with completing the forms. She even set up appointments with the consultants which were required. Thanks to her guidance and recommendations on what work to complete prior to putting the house on the market, our house sold quicker than we'd hoped for.
