Most of our open houses and tours were virtual, so John's guidance was particularly helpful. A few houses looked good in the pictures, but John was able to point out the deficiencies noticeable in person, to help us avoid homes that would not be a good fit for us given our needs and wants, and ultimately help us find our new home. John was incredible in his availability, prompt replies, knowledge and guidance, and his willingness to be a service to me and my family and help us find the right home for us.
