John Montemayor is a retired Marine and a resident of Northern Virginia for more than two decades. He has lived in in Prince William, Stafford, and Fauquier County. Between working previously at the Pentagon and having family in Fairfax, Fauquier, Loudoun, and Warren County, he understands the area and is excited to share his first-hand knowledge with his clients. He has experienced over 17 military relocations and can personally relate to service members, federal employees, and contractors relocating to the Northern Virginia area. Buyer reviewMr. Montemayor's knowledge of the local/national market and his ability to convey that knowledge to myself far exceeded any expectations I had. Century 21 Redwood Realty did an excellent job with my home buying process. They were consistently available, friendly and proficient. Mr. Montemayor was extremely professional. He built an environment where my family and I felt taken care of while being able to ask any questions. He answered his phone and email all hours of the day and night. He didn't hesitate on any occasion to view a house, contact a listing agent or generally do anything we asked. Century 21 Redwood and more specifically Mr. Montemayor exceeded expectations throughout the process of my home purchase. This is my second home purchase. The difference between quality of treatment and services rendered between Mr. Montemayor and my previous agent were stark. Mr. Montemayor was fantastic and a true agent on the side of the buyer (us).
