John Montemayor was great to work with, from start to finish. He was patient with my wife and four-year-old son, flexible when we hit hiccups, and timely with the paperwork. No pressure and truly on our side, pointing out flaws and problems in some houses that we might have overlooked, keeping us from making mistakes. He got to know us and made sure we got into the right house for our needs and budget. John came highly recommended by several family friends who had worked with him previously and had nothing but high praise for him, all of which turned out to be completely well founded. Frankly, John is the ultimate professional, a master of his craft. And no, this high praise is not meant to be overblown or flippant; he really is that good. Not to put too fine a point in it, but John was fantastic! Best realtor I've ever dealt with.

A true professional who consistently ensured we were considering properties for all the right reasons. He offered his expertise in so many ways as we were first time home buyers. He understood our concerns as a military family and took special care to be flexible and available. His knowledge of the local area and, particularly, how to best commute between multiple military bases, made this experience much easier. We reached out to John with very short notice. He immediately moved appointments around to help us and ensure we could make our timelines for home buying/searching as directed by our military jobs. He also, when he was unavailable, linked us up with his outstanding coworker. We have already recommended John to another military family coming to the area this summer!

Our house was sold in April 2019 did not go to settlement until Nov. 2019. As stated before there was a problem with the septic system that had to be repaired. John helped us to get through this by helping to find contractor to do the work. also made calls to the contractor on the progress. John and i talked at least once a week or maybe more. Any issue i had John took care of immeniately. I cannot express my appreciation for John help. I would be happy to help John in any way.

From the moment I spoke with Mr. Montemayor on the phone, he immediately established rapport, and I knew we would work great together because both of us were Veterans. Mr. Montemayor was there every step of the process from suggesting I take a photo of my earnest money check for my records to providing very detailed information relating to the contract and closing procedures. One night I was unable to get to a computer because I was traveling, and he read verbatim to me the contract then encouraged me to re-read when I got to my destination. Additionally, Mr. Montemayor was tremendously knowledgeable of the area and the negotiating process. Mr. Montemayor and I had quite a few challenges and roadblocks along the way, varying from difficult sellers to my lender, not meeting deadlines. Mr. Montemayor maintained his professionalism impeccably throughout. This is the fourth property I have purchased over the years, and he would be the seventh realtor I have dealt with; Mr. Montemayor is hands down the very best realtor I have ever had. Also, I want to make this clear to the reader; I am simply not just writing him a good review because he asked, or because it is a courtesy. John was outstanding and went out of his way to ensure my wife and I were taken care of.

To say John is a rock star Realtor would be an understatement. I can't begin to describe how wonderful it was having him as our Realtor. His drive, knowledge, availability, compassion all helped make the process so much less stressful than we have previously experienced. I have and will continue to recommended him to friends in the area. John's sales pitch we we first met was outstanding. He really knows his stuff, was immediately engaging and friendly and treated us like we were the only potential client. He really connects with people and that trait helped sell us on C21. John got our house sold in less than three days at a price we were worried may have been too high. He knows the market and was confident we were priced right -- and we definitely were!
