John Montemayor is a retired Marine and a resident of Northern Virginia for more than two decades. He has lived in in Prince William, Stafford, and Fauquier County. Between working previously at the Pentagon and having family in Fairfax, Fauquier, Loudoun, and Warren County, he understands the area and is excited to share his first-hand knowledge with his clients. He has experienced over 17 military relocations and can personally relate to service members, federal employees, and contractors relocating to the Northern Virginia area. Seller reviewJohn was always available to answer any questions or to address any concerns that we had throughout the process. We sold our home from a distance, but we knew we could count on him to get everything taken care of there in the area, even though we couldn't visually verify that it had been done.

Buyer reviewJohn was great to work with and really took care of us. This was my wife and I first experience with buying a new home. I would absolutely go back to John for any house buying or selling assistance/needs in future. John was very patient and understanding with my wife and I. Again, this was our first experience buying a home and we were under a time crunch to get off of a military base and into a new home; all while trying to land a new job and secure financing. There were some stressful days and John took it in stride keeping us calm and focused on the target.

Seller reviewJohn has a great reputation of reliability and judgment. Word gets out amongst Marines! I have recommended him to others and they have said the same. He is prompt, thorough, and knows tons about the local market and nuances of all the neighborhoods. I will seek to work with him in the future if we find ourselves back in the market!

Buyer reviewOnce more, I have never had a realtor with such a quick response time or willingness to do whatever it took to get the job done! We must have looked at over 150 homes via the web, in that John sent us portals to whatever area we requested to see. When we saw homes we liked, we told John and if not same day, next day he would go look at the home. We had to rely on John to view the home as we were living in Arizona. He looked at multiple homes on our behalf and always provided feedback whether positive or negative. John's integrity and constructive criticism helped us find the right home. Again, awesome work and we found the best person for the job! I don't think we would have got the right home with someone else. Thanks to John, we are in the right home!!

I would highly recommend John to anyone looking for a realtor to buy or sell their home. John did both for us and although it was a very stressful time, it was seamless and all thanks to John!!!
