I actually thought I was going to get the opinion of a couple realtors but after I met Jed, I knew he would do a great job. Knowledge of the area was important to me and timing. His professional photographer's pictures really showcased my house in its best light and he immediately set up an open house. Within three days my house was sold! Jed couldn't have done a better job and was always there to answer my VERY numerous questions. He even helped me move the furniture out! I am very appreciative of the way he handled my home's sale and closing and would gladly recommend him to anyone looking for a personable, knowledgeable realtor.

Buyer reviewMy experience with Jed was awesome. He is very knowledgeable about the local community and the real estate industry in this area. His patience with showing me houses for sale was great. He worked hard for me my family to to not only get the best deal but the house we wanted. Jed is more like a friend to me than my realtor.
