Seller reviewJack was a true professional! This was not an easy property to sell (estate) and we ran into many roadblocks along the way. I mean it when I say, I could never have navigated through this process without Jack's help, knowledge and guidance! He was patient, kind and respectful in every interaction I had with him. He also was calming and reassuring when I needed that. He helped me through every step of the process, right up to and including settlement. He always was extremely prompt with communication, I never had to wait for an answer to my questions or a return call. And he also never made me feel like my novice questions were unimportant or silly. I value the working relationship we had and now feel as though I have a friend!
