She was timely in answering all questions, and she maintained a positive attitude throughout the entire process. We had several questions in what we needed to do to sell our home at the right price and she led us in the right direction because our house sold within two weeks! We would highly recommend Jolene to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Was always a ear shot away to listen to my concerns, and went out of her way to help us through the whole sale of our home. She is a gem no doubt. Seller reviewMy husband and I recently worked with Jolene Sullivan at Century 21 LSB Real Estate on the sale of a home in Allison, Iowa. We had not worked with her prior to contacting her to look at the home we had for sale. Jolene listened to our objectives regarding our desire to put the home on the market and helped set a plan in motion to accomplish this. Jolene was available to answer all questions we had about the sales process. Fortunately for us, the process was a short one as the home was only on the market for five days until we received an offer. Following the inspection of the home, she was available to assist in getting an electrician in the home to make minor repairs and also available to let the plumber in the home for minor repairs requested by the buyer. The entire process sale to closing was very smooth. We would highly recommend Jolene Sullivan to prospective sellers/buyers. She is wonderful to work with.
