I was lucky when Jolene Sullivan contacted me. I had been trying to see a property but that agent kept making excuses as to why I couldn't. Jolene called me and got me in to see it almost immediately. She impressed me by doing that. I explained what we wanted and needed in a house. We found a house after several tries. Jolene was just as excited as we were. The mortgage company I was preapproved from did some bad things and kept pushing back the closing date. Every time that the mortgage company promised again and didn't get it done was a blow to me and my family. Each and every time Jolene was there to help, commiserate with us, and kept fighting for us with the loan guy. Jolene can tell you the whole thing. Trust me, it was bad. We almost became homeless because of this loan guy. Literally, 12 hours from closing (notice given where we lived and days away from having to be out of our old place) Jolene stepped up and fought for us again. She negotiated an agreement with the seller of the house we wanted to buy so we could move in early. We had more setbacks because of loan guy even after we moved. Jolene fought for is until it was finally done. Jolene had a family member DIE during this mess and continued to stay in contact and continue fighting for us. I cannot say enough words to do Jolene justice. I would not have been able to buy my home and we would have been homeless if it had been any other agent. You don't see this kind of compassion very often in life but I found it in a real estate agent. I VERY highly recommend Jolene Sullivan get a bog raise!! She sooo deserves it. Century 21 has my utmost loyalty and lifelong business because of her. My friends and family will hear about Jolene as well.

Jolene is very down to earth. We always felt as though she was in our corner. She kept us up to date on the entire process, and answered all questions. We were so pleased that we followed the recommendation of our mortgage banker. If we hear someone say, " We are going to find another house", Our first response will be "Call Jolene".

Jolene took the necessary time to listen and learn our needs. Within days, she found the perfect house for our family. We would have never come across our new home if it hadn't been for Jolene's hard-work and guidance. Jolene advocated for us throughout the entire process and for that we are extremely grateful.

Jolene was amazing! I LOVED working with her. We texted back and forth a lot, and it was a really efficient way of communicating a lot of details. She was right on the ball all the time -- kept things moving along. Jolene also had a really good feel for the market and the whole process -- she was confident. She shared with me how she had calculated things, and she explained things very clearly. She was willing to answer any questions we had. I felt like she was always working hard for us -- trying to get the best outcome possible for us. We trusted her and we were very happy with the result!

Listened well to our needs, was always very timely in her answers to our questions. Polite and very professional. She was always very pleasant, would definitely refer her to others.

Jolene will always do what she can to help you out. She had to deal with a buyers realtor that wasn't being honest or passing information on well and remained professional. She will always leave the final decision up to you after giving her advice from her experience in the business but never any pressure to do something other than what you want.
