Seller reviewJon patiently waited to market the property until we were ready, keeping contact but not being a pain. This man was terrific, was all of the above and more. we were out of town sellers and communication was great. Handled multiple showings I have been a real estate lawyer in Illinois for 35 years. I have worked with many agents and found that Jon has the same attributes as the best in the business. This sale was complicated by having multiple owners of an inherited property. Jon handled the sale very professionally. Last but not least Jon got us more than one full price offer and helped us pick the correct one. We closed on time on a very difficult property.
