With over seven years of honorable military service (June 2004 - August 2011), Jorge developed the discipline, precision, and integrity that now define his real estate career. During his Air Force tenure, he served in key administrative, IT, and communications roles across multiple squadrons, honing the organizational and leadership skills that drive his success today. After completing his military service, Jorge continued his lifelong commitment to helping others. From 2017 to 2019, he served as a Department Service Officer (VSO) with the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW), where he assisted veterans and their families in securing VA health care, disability compensation, pensions, and education benefits. He also represented them as Power of Attorney before the Department of Veterans Affairs and the VA Board of Veterans' Appeals. His passion for advocacy later led him to join the VA Benefits Administration Los Angeles Regional Office as part of the Special Operations Team, handling complex and high-impact cases involving homelessness, financial hardship, PTSD, and other critical issues. Leveraging his VA expertise and mentorship from the mortgage industry, Jorge transitioned into real estate with a deep understanding of home financing and the unique benefits available to veterans. He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing from Westwood College in 2014 and obtained his real estate license in 2019. Today, as the driving force behind JHB Real Estate, Jorge is recognized for his strategic negotiation skills, unwavering commitment to excellence, and ability to guide clients through every step of the buying or selling process.
