Seller reviewJorge was one of the 5 agents that we interviewed. We decided to work with him for various reasons. Hands down his presentation was aligned with his professionalism. He also looked the best out of the other agents. We strongly believe that you have to look expensive to sell expensive. Jorge's marketing approach was very hands on. We were concerned that we missed out on being able to get top dollar. Jorge got us $100,000 more than our already crazy listed price. We don't attribute this to the market because our home is in a very specific pocket of LA and every other home for the last month sold at or below asking price. Jorge is simply the best! Hands down we recommend him to anyone thinking of selling in today's market.

Seller reviewAs always, I was highly impressed with the manner in which Jorge handled the listing of my home. While it was not in the ideal location he got me more and I realistically expected. My expectations were very high and he delivered. It did not sell right away as I knew selling for more than $2 million was going to be hard but he got it done. I have dealt with many real estate agent over the last 50 years and he is by far the best!

We were always able to get a hold of him when we had questions or concerns, and he was very flexible with home viewing during our search. When it came time to negotiate with the sellers, Jorge was on top of it, helping persuade the sellers into selecting us, ultimately getting us into escrow quickly! Anytime we had questions, Jorge was kind enough to explain process details or other insights he had that we may have missed. He also helped work with our mortgage broker, keeping everything moving forward at a steady pace. Ultimately, we feel that Jorge Gamboa did a fantastic job, and we are thankful that we had him on our side for the homebuying process!
