Seller reviewMy property had been on the market for 3 months with a different broker. When it expired I received more calls than I could remember. Jorge was persistent but not annoying like the majority. I had narrowed it down to three brokers. Jorge was the only one that was firm on the price that he would list and what he would charge for commission. The other two agents were willing to drop the commission and list for a higher price to get the listing. I respected his position so much that I had to give him a shot. And he delivered. Everything he did and how he handled the situation was impressive. I met a stranger who earned my business who earned my trust and is now a friend. I highly recommend him.
