Jorge Gamboa was referred to us by a good friend, however, his knowledge and personality were the deciding factors when deciding to work with him, more so than the referral. Jorge Gamboa, was always available to answer any of our questions and concerns during the entire process, and there were quite a few of them. We never felt like we were bothering him. On the contrary, we felt like he was a good friend or family member who wanted the best for us. Aside from helping us through every step of the transaction he gave us invaluable investment and real estate advice, as well and putting us in contact with people in his Rolodex who could help us in other real estate areas. He most definitely went above and beyond what your average real estate agent could offer. I honestly feel that aside from Jorge's knowledge and professionalism, his charisma helped close the deal. He was a pleasure to work with and he made a stressful situation (buying property in California is stressful in it of itself) pleasant. I always felt at ease after speaking or meeting with him. I would definitely refer him to anyone I know. And if my referral is not enough, just one meeting or conversation with Mr. Gamboa is enough to make you hope to work with him, I guarantee it.
