I was very happy with Jorge and the way he handled the sale of our home. He was very invested in the entire process and when I would watch him speak to people and vendors, I felt as if he made my home his own. To me that was what I liked the most. I didn't feel like this was just another sale for him. It made all the difference for the buyer as well because after the sale of the home, the new and i had a chance to speak about a few things that I left for her at the property and she mentioned to me that because of Jorge's willingness to help her out, she received the assurance she needed to know she was making a good decision. I would recommend Jorge to anyone that is thinking of selling their home.

I find it very rare these days to find genuine people who put others needs and situations ahead of their own thinking. It's this kind of heartfelt connection that is what humanity is all about. His creative ideas on how to capture the most of my home's space, along with his patience and attention to detail all helped me to feel comfortable and guided during the entire sales process. Jorge is great! The manner in which he managed the entire transaction was impressive. He's kind but firm. He allowed the other agents to express themselves but things always went the way Jorge told us they would. It was impressive and comforting knowing that the agent we worked with took carencia of everything for us. We had sold other properties in the past but this was the first time we felt that we got top quality service. What impressed us the most was that he was the only agent that refused the lower his commission. My wife said she wanted to work with someone who didn't give up so easily. And that's exactly what happened with our home. It took 30 days to get into escrow but when it did, it was for a price that we we're thrilled to get. Even during the negotiations for repairs and closing cost, Jorge made sure we ended up on top. I highly recommend him to any seller considering an agent to list their home.
