Very sharp guy. I really enjoyed my conversations with him. The information that I heard him give buyers when they walked into my house was unlike anything that I have ever heard. His knowledge about tax codes, the IRS rules and even his investment equations just blew me away. He was really friendly and down to earth. Jorge is the man. We've worked with before and this time was no different. We got the property that we liked and didn't have to look at 20 properties. We worked with one of the lenders that does all of his loans and it was great. The property wasn't in good condition but we got the offer accepted and were able to get a loan on it.
