Jorge Gamboa had a very extensive knowledge of the real estate market as it is now and also of the area I was looking to purchase in. The family and I had been looking done investment property for almost 2 years. We constantly kept getting beat out by Investors now and othe buyers to the point that it didn't make any more sense.
