Buyer reviewJose came highly recommended from our friends and he did not disappoint. We started with a text and a phone call while we're still in Buffalo, NY. Jose quickly sent available condos and provided plenty options for us. We made a trip down to Ft. Lauderdale for a few days to see several condos. Our favorite was priced too high and we decided to be patient. Before we could return back to Ft Lauderdale, our condo dropped in price and we put an offer in while vacationing in Kearney, Ontario. Jose's knowledge of the area we were interested in was phenomenal, as well as his suggestions for several other areas! His availability and flexibility to meet with us and show us various condos was appreciated as well as his suggestions for others. His communications were always timely and helpful. In addition, his sense of humor made the entire process an enjoyable adventure for my partner and I. We were TRULY BLESSED to have Jose as our realtor, and would highly recommend him not only to our family and friends but to anyone interested in purchasing in the Ft. Lauderdale area.
