Buyer reviewMark Flynn introduced me to Jose Pineda, who immediately installed gained my confidence with his demeanor and professional feedback. Jose isn't a 'yes man' but will call a spade a spade, which I find refreshing and incredibly valuable to making a lifelong decision to purchase! Jose worked hard especially once we began negotiations for our new home. Mark Flynn showed us properties but once we made the decision to pursue purchase of our new home, Jose was our 'go to' person. Jose gave us important advice for our counter-offers, made countless trips to the property for various tests and inspections. Finally, his advice on contractors to fix issues that were identified was impeccable: Jose was able to line out a local contractor who fixed the problem quickly and at a price well below expectations. Everything Jose did for us was incredible -- I've never had a realtor work as hard and as effectively as Jose Pineda did for us. It was the best realtor experience I've ever encounted!!

Buyer reviewjose is the man! We embarked on a long long journey with him starting way back in 2023. He showed us many great properties that were ideal for what our family was looking to do. Unfortunately things were delayed and we had to postpone our search for almost an entire year. After a year jose came back as if he had never left and continued finding us properties that fit what we were looking for perfectly. Clear communication, quick responses, and a genuine care to find us our dream property is what he delivered. We settled on an amazing rural property in southern oregon that checked off every box on our list plus some. He also fought hard for us in negotiations and was patient and understanding through the many ups and downs of the first time home buyjng process. If your looking for someone to find you that perfect property then jose is definitely the man for the job. We appreciate all that you did for us.
