Buyer reviewI'm very happy we decided to go with century 21 Especially Joseph Portillo cause we had gone with another agent a couple years ago. We could tell that agent wasn't trying to help us. But this wasn't the case with Thomas Ramirez jr / Joseph Portillo and their team we could tell they really want to help us become homeowners. From the first office visit I truly felt positive not like the previous agent. But my credit wasn't where it needed to be to begin the process. But that didn't stop them from helping us they gave us tips and advice us what to do in the next 3 months to fix my credit. but my credit needed more then 3 months. 3 months become 6 , 8 BUt they where there calling me twist a month giving me my wife motivation. And now we are new homeowners thanks to them.
