He was very patient with me as my vision about my home evolved. He would not knock my ideas, instead he proposed and explained a different point of view. His suggestions were invaluable. Joseph was always a text away from any questions I had. I never felt like 'just a customer.' As I shared my vision of my home, he made suggestions which helped solidify my vision. I mentioned I wanted a large yard for possible expansion. As we visited such properties, he pointed out where a master bedroom could be placed, or a gazebo for hosting a carne asada. I felt he understood not just the now, but also my future.
