I have always prided myself on having exceptional customer service skills, fueled by my passion for helping others. As an extension of that passion, I am active in the community as a volunteer firefighter for the Little Falls Fire Department. Seller reviewAs I said I can't say enough good things about Joe.. He was the first realtor who came to my house ( I was selling for sale by owner) he gave me a suggestion about my bathroom.. ( he didn't have to do that)I told him if a went with a realtor I would go with him.. wonderful first impression and just a genuine nice guy....long story short I chose him as my realtor and I couldn't have chosen a better guy .. the process took longer than normal because firsr buyers fell through.. ( no fault of joe ) they had unreasonable demands.. so we did it again and found a new buyer almost immediately.....am I glad it's over?? You bet!! But joe made this enjoyable and talked me off the ledge more than a few times..... I sincerely would recommend him to anyone and actually have already..

Buyer reviewFrom the start of the home buying process, Joe was attentive, polite, and sensitive to my budget and tastes. I had very specific things that I was looking for in a condo and Joe always took those into consideration. There were many times were I would get discouraged but he always reminded me to stay positive and reminded me that the perfect place would come along (and it did). Even though I purchased my home myself, I had family members who were a huge part of the decision to buy. Joe would take extra time to field their questions and even bring them separately to the properties I was serious about so that they could get a first-hand look. Joe is definitely my realtor for life!
