I have always prided myself on having exceptional customer service skills, fueled by my passion for helping others. As an extension of that passion, I am active in the community as a volunteer firefighter for the Little Falls Fire Department. Buyer reviewFrom the beginning of the house searching process, right up to the final contract signatures, Joseph was there each step of the way. As any first time home buyer knows, the thought of beginning the process could be quite intimidating. Working with Joseph allowed us to quickly feel at ease and to focus on the excitement of the prospect of owning our own home. While searching for the home of our dreams, he was always available to provide helpful insight and never once pressured us to make any decisions we were not comfortable with. After working with him for the first time, we could tell that he had a passion for his work and genuinely shared the same excitement that we had in finding the perfect home. He remained professional from start to finish and worked diligently to ensure that we were able to view any home opportunity as quickly as possible. All of his hard work allowed him to find us our dream home and ensured that we were moved in as soon as possible, and for this, we could not thank him enough. Buyer reviewJoe seemed to work 24/7, earning him the title "Doctor Joe." There was never a day or a time of day that he was unavailable: evenings, weekends, any time. He was ALWAYS pleasant, polite, and professional and NEVER pushy. This was --by far-- the best experience I have had (or heard of) with a real estate agent here or in the other countries where I have dealt with real estate agents.
