Jospeh Scotto did a great job showing us homes that were in our price range and in the areas we requested. He was also great with answering any and all questions that we had for him throughout the entire process. He made sure he responded to our emails/texts quickly and made us feel like a priority whenever we spoke. We are overly satisfied with the service that Joe provided us with! My wife and I worked with Joe to purchase our first home and really can't say enough good things about him. He is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with his time. We would call him at all hours of the day and he had no problem answering questions. I decided to sell my house a year ago. However, after I met with an agent, I felt like my house is a garage house with a very low value and then I lost my motivation to sell it. However, 10 months later when I met with Joe, he told me many advantages of my house including location, environment, transportation, school, market value, and how buyers positively evaluate my house, and the surprisingly high price of my house in his opinion. Moreover, in his eyes, all disadvantages of my house that I concerned about are trivial and ignorable. I felt suddenly encouraged and strongly motivated to sell the house. Joe gave me excellent and doable suggestions to improve the look of the house in order to improve the feelings and motivations of buyers. After a quick preparation, the house was listed in the market. Joe smartly used several strategies to stir the market and the potential buyers including listing with a high price at beginning, soon dropping price in two and four weeks, promptly communicating information of potential buyers' intentions and actions with other potential buyers and their agents, opening house at right times. Joe also knows how to deal with different offers to achieve a reasonably high price. Joe is very easy to communicate and understand what I concerned about as a seller and kept me informed all the time. Though young, he possesses and likes to learn and apply the experiences from other senior agents. Joe is also polite, considerate, dedicated, and professional. I would definitely recommend Joe to my friends and family members when they will sell a house.

Joey Scotto was great - the thing we loved most about him was his constant and quick communication, as well as his patience with us (we can be difficult clients at times!). We had worked with other brokers previously, but Joey was by far the best in terms of communicating with us. It is also very clear that he really cared about us being happy with our home purchase.
