This is my second home buying experience with Joe Scotto, and my first home sale experience. Joe was pivotal in the purchase of my first home and he again was vital to my most recent sale/purchase experience. Joe displayed a wealth of knowledge, as well as being extremely attentive to detail. Joe was ALWAYS available for questions or concerns, no matter what day of the week or time of the day. Joe truly is a master of his profession, and his positive friendly attitude made this long, complex process a wonderful experience.

I am a first time home buyer. Joey Scotto always made himself available to answer any of my questions at all hours of the day/night. He truly made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire process. I felt like I was his only client, even though I know I am not. He listens to your requirements, doesn't push you beyond your means financially and is there every step of the way from finding the perfect house, hiring an attorney, inspector, etc. Let's just be honest, the guy knows his stuff.
