I have always prided myself on having exceptional customer service skills, fueled by my passion for helping others. As an extension of that passion, I am active in the community as a volunteer firefighter for the Little Falls Fire Department. Seller reviewWhen I met Joey Scotto, I liked him and trusted him right away. I didn't even talk to any other realtor. I wasn't ready to sell at that time but I kept his card and I knew I would use him when I was ready. When my wife and I were ready to sell weeks later, I called Joe and he was so great. We had about 10 offers in 2 days. He sold our apartment for over our asking price. We asked Joe if he knew a lawyer for us to use and he provided us with a great one. The lawyers name is Chae Son. Joey Scotto and Chae Son are two of the best men you could ever work with. I needed a new smoke detector for the apartment and a fire extinguisher on the wall by the front door and Joe took care of all of that for me. There was an issue with the electric panel and some outlets, and he took care of that also. He made everything so easy for me. I feel like I didn't do anything. My wife loved Joey also. We are both so pleased with how stress free the whole process was.

Joe was pivotal in the purchase of my first home and he again was vital to my most recent sale/purchase experience. This purchase we went through was probably the BIGGEST nightmare which we thought we would never close on but Joe was there every step of the way always reminding us of the bigger picture and the positive side to the events thrown our way.
