Buying or selling, Joe is the way to go. I used Joe to buy and then sale my condo. His dedication to his clients is above par. Both buying and selling the condo was challenging because of the property manager but he has the patience of a saint and did everything he could to keep the process moving. Joe always gets the job done and would refer him 10 times over.

As first time home buyers we weren't sure what to expect. We couldn't have chosen a better partner for this experience. Joey Scotto was knowledgeable, personable, calm and understanding. While I'm sure we weren't always easy to deal with, he definitely was. He was available to us at all hours of the day and night when we had questions about even the smallest things, always answering in a timely manner with a clear explanation. Joey's motto is "be positive." He was our voice of reason throughout the entire home buying experience. We spent over a year searching in one of the most competitive markets, and when we would be upset or frustrated when an offer was beat out by someone else, he was sympathetic and understanding, while keeping up the positivity and optimism. Joey went above and beyond in getting us our house. We had a lot to deal with, between a difficult seller and then the arrival of COVID-19 right after our offer was accepted. When we were hit with several COVID-19 setbacks with our mortgage lender, he was right there with us giving advice, while making sure we were always doing what was right for us. Joey was a dream to work with and we will definitely call him up whenever we decide to sell/buy again. 

To anyone looking to buy or sell a home I would personally bet the mortgage payment that Joe Scotto is going to be the most hands on helpful agent that you are going to be able to find.

Joe Scotto is truly the hardest working broker I know. There were multiple points during the deal where Joe was able to move things along when no one else could. It was an absolute pleasure to work with him and I will reccomend him to everyone I know looking to buy or sell a home.

I cannot say enough good things about Joe, the bottom line is Joe is hands down the hardest working agent that I have ever come in contact with. He came to every showing and actually "sold" the house rather then just take the listing which so many agents do these days. With the purchase of my new house Joe was ready to go at a moments notice. I dragged him all over the state and he was always happy to go. It felt like he was my personal agent. Joe is the first agent I have dealt with that I felt actually earned their commission. I would highly recommend him to anybody.
