There are few events in life as important as the purchase of your first home. I was exited and nervous to make such a move. I met Joey three years ago newly wed and with a baby on the way. Joey's willingness to help and his added expertise made me feel like I was in good hands. At the moment of putting an offer he was efficient and thorough. During inspection he was willing to learn and he was just as worried as me to make sure everything was ok. It is no little task to keep a first time homebuyer calm when their nerves are hyped. However, it is a huge relief when someone is a call away letting you know things will be ok. His persistence is enviable because it was 2 failed purchases later when I walked into my dream home. This is it !!! I knew that was the home when I walked in. He was supportive, knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. I am thankful for his help and more than a realtor he is now a friend. His referrals were great, which helped make the entire process smooth and simple. I couldn't have asked for a better agent to work with. Joey was patient and knowledgable. He was always on time and available when I needed him. He went above and beyond to ensure that I found the perfect house within my budget. He never pushed me to make offers that I did not feel comfortable with. He made recommendations that were backed by research which made me feel confident that we were making smart offers. Joey negotiated on my behalf all the way until closing and he always made me feel like he had my back at all times. I was very happy with the service from Joey and the office of Cedarcrest. I met with Joey and we came up with a plan , he executed that plan and was totally involved from day one. Joey participated fully in all aspects of the sale, including all inspections which put me at ease. He was immediately there for me whenever I had any questions and concerns which helped during this very emotional time. Joey knows the real estate business and knows people very well. He really listened to my story, my situation and my needs which played a big part in the success of the sale.
