I come to Century 21 Cedarcrest Realty with an extensive management and customer service background, after more than eight years in the restaurant industry. I have always prided myself on having exceptional customer service skills, fueled by my passion for helping others. As an extension of that passion, I am active in the community as a volunteer firefighter for the Little Falls Fire Department. Joey participated fully in all aspects of the sale, including all inspections which put me at ease. He was immediately there for me whenever I had any questions and concerns which helped during this very emotional time. Joey knows the real estate business and knows people very well. He really listened to my story, my situation and my needs which played a big part in the success of the sale.

Dave and I were certainly not the easiest of clients and Joseph went above and beyond to make sure we were getting everything we wanted and needed ! He was patient and understanding throughout the whole process and was able to easy our minds of any concerns. He was always readily available and directed us every step of the way. He knew exactly what we were looking for and insisted that he had the perfect house for us ( even though I was skeptical) and needless to say he was right ! Dave and I are thrilled to be homeowners and can't imagine going through this home buying process with anyone else but Joe.
