Buyer reviewI met Joe at one of his open houses in downtown Savannah. Although I wasn't interested in that particular house, Joe was so forthcoming with information about Savannah, the housing market and rules regarding rentals, etc., even though he had just met me. I was working with another agent at the time searching for a house in the historic district. Joe made such a good impression on me that I asked him to start helping me. We got along great, he was very professional, knowledgeable, communicative and accomodating. We looked at several properties and made two offers. Joe knew what I was looking for and went to bat trying to get the best deal for me. I was impressed because he suggested a plan that actually reduced his commission slightly to help me out with an issue found in the home inspection. Long story short, success! I now have a beautiful townhouse in Savannah. Thanks Joe! If I ever look for another house, you'll be the one I call. Highly Recommend!

We chose him because he was timely, considerate, full of information, honest and very easy to work with. Joe went out of his way to help us see all of the properties in a two day time period that we were on the island. He also did a great job of arranging for us to meet with the rental company to talk through best options. Joe never made us feel pressured to buy a condo and made us feel comfortable through the entire process. He is the best agent I have ever worked with and I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking for a home. We plan on working with him again in a couple of years when we buy a home in Savannah. Joe stayed on top of every detail of our purchase. He always followed up quickly and was easy to get in touch with no matter what time of day we needed to talk with him. He helped us negotiate a great deal and helped us get a home warranty which we would have never considered.
