Although I wasn't interested in that particular house, Joe was so forthcoming with information about Savannah, the housing market and rules regarding rentals, etc., even though he had just met me. I was working with another agent at the time searching for a house in the historic district. Joe made such a good impression on me that I asked him to start helping me. We got along great, he was very professional, knowledgeable, communicative and accomodating. We looked at several properties and made two offers. Joe knew what I was looking for and went to bat trying to get the best deal for me. I was impressed because he suggested a plan that actually reduced his commission slightly to help me out with an issue found in the home inspection. Long story short, success! I now have a beautiful townhouse in Savannah. Thanks Joe! If I ever look for another house, you'll be the one I call. Highly Recommend!
