Seller reviewJoe came highly recommended. We wanted someone we could trust, we got that with Joe. Joe is a wealth of knowledge and extremely professional. He took his time explaining things to us in great detail. He understood our situation with my dad passing away. Always available even short notice. Went out of his way to accommodate anything we needed. Even helped us get keys to my brother in a pinch. Excellent communicator. Very respectable and kind. Nice advertising and pictures. Had it up and on line immediately. My mom is older, and we had lost our dad the day we moved out. The house was a disaster. He was so understanding, and made us feel very comfortable during the whole process. It was flawless and we were always kept informed. great experience Thank you Joe Washick for giving my mom a seamless transition during a difficult time. It really meant so much to our family.

Joe has over 30 years experience in the real estate field and he is down to earth and a nice person. Joe took me seriously and sat down with me and went over how he was going to sell my property especially in this age of everything is done electronically he did it the old school way which I appreciated the time he took for me. I highly recommend anyone looking to buy or sell their property that joe would be your real estate agent. Joe is great real estate agent and I highly recommend him to be your real estate agent.
