I had previously had a great experience with Joseph when purchasing a home that I did not have to think twice about using him again. He was very informative and knowledgeable. I felt he really put my needs first and went above and beyond. Joseph was very patient and always professional. I felt he put our best interest first and though he had other clients we still felt like his top priority! Joseph provided us with detailed reports of showing what homes in the area were selling for and what things we could improve on to be sure we got what we wanted as far as asking price!

Joseph Washick was awesome. I have used 4 real estate agents with buying and selling, and he is by far the best one. Very knowledgeable, experienced, friendly and funny....and really helpful in many ways. I would recommend him to all my friends, family and anyone looking for a real estate agent. To this day he is still helping me with the house and giving me information about the area. After working with him professionally, I now consider him as a friend.

I had interviewed other realtors and Mr. Washick was the only one that seemed genuinely interested in my goals and satisfaction with his involvement and dedication to make the experience as stress free as possible and in keeping up constant and clear communication during every step of the process. Joe was patient, communicative and understanding that he needed to keep all parties involved and informed as this sale was for my late mother's estate and involved several siblings/ heirs and being respectful and patient in keeping all concerned parties involved and never failing to return phone calls and emails no matter what time or day of the week they occured. He was unfailingly polite and patient even though he would be answering the same questions by several family members and never gave the impression that he was repeating himself or that he was wasting his time in that regard His office assistant was always friendly and polite and relayed messages to him quickly and clearly keeping our line of communication open and accessable. As this was quite a stressful experience as my Mother passed away suddenly and unexpectedly Joe was patient and caring and I felt I could reach out to him anytime and he did everything in his power to answer any question and making this experience as stress free as he could. He really made me feel like he cared about the personal pain and loss we were going through during this process.
