When I initially called the office and spoke with Joe Washick, he was so very helpful in providing information regarding the sale of my house. He gave me the time and attention I needed to get things rolling quickly, and also met me at the house the same day to further continue our conversation. I knew he was going to provide an exceptional level of service. As a first time home seller of an estate property, I was impressed with Joe's ability to be consistently available to answer the myriad of questions I had. He has an extensive knowledge of the market and the area where the home was located. He campaigned and advertised strongly on my behalf. He also possesses great knowledge pertaining to aspects of home preparation. He went above and beyond in assisting me to find resources I needed, including those to help maintain the home and property (lawn maintenance and handyman services). Joe is very easy to work with, and he supported me through the entire sales process. We were able to sell our home relatively quickly and I felt as if we had become friends by the time of closing.

Every experience with Joseph Washick has always be pleasant. Joseph has a very unique personality, always patient, and friendly! For my most recent purchase we were indecisive on the type of property we wanted and area. None the less Joseph continued to show us property and advising accordingly to what our needs were not according to the purchase price. One thing that's different about Joe is he's not a sales person he genuinely has his client's best interest at heart. He's knowledge and expertise was very helpful and if he doesn't know something he would do his best to point you in the right direction! I've yet to have a bad experience with Joe or the people he's referred me to for financing and legal advice!

I had previously had a great experience with Joseph when purchasing a home that I did not have to think twice about using him again. He was very informative and knowledgeable. I felt he really put my needs first and went above and beyond. Joseph was very patient and always professional. I felt he put our best interest first and though he had other clients we still felt like his top priority! Joseph provided us with detailed reports of showing what homes in the area were selling for and what things we could improve on to be sure we got what we wanted as far as asking price!

Joseph Washick was awesome. I have used 4 real estate agents with buying and selling, and he is by far the best one. Very knowledgeable, experienced, friendly and funny....and really helpful in many ways. I would recommend him to all my friends, family and anyone looking for a real estate agent. To this day he is still helping me with the house and giving me information about the area. After working with him professionally, I now consider him as a friend.
