Josh was amazing! He was incredibly helpful and informative. He was able to answer all of my housing questions either through his own knowledge or by researching the information for me.
I have purchased a house before but it has been awhile and the market was very aggressive when I was looking so I was a little nervous. Josh walked me through everything; there wasn't a single step that I went through without him informing me of what it was and what I should expect - and he was there for everything. I was very impressed with the amount of research he conducted on my behalf and time he put into finding a home within my picky parameters. Everything he did made the buying process very comfortable in a very difficult market. ...in fact, most buyers had to offer over asking price in this area to even be considered; I was able to purchase 30K under the asking price.
