Buyer reviewWe had a great experience with Josh Migues! Our situation was a difficult one. We were looking for a VERY specific type/location of property, and found difficulty in finding the right fit! However, if there was a parcel of land (listed or not!) that we were interested in, he would research the owners contact info, and actually go knock on the door to personally see if the property was even for sale...and he actually was successful in opening up possibilities for us that wasn't listed. We found this incredible. Josh met us at each property, eager to walk through some pretty tough stuff to make sure we knew what was being offered, and to my knowledge, was NEVER late. He was by our side all the way up to closing and we ended up with an incredible parcel of property, which we first thank the Lord for, and we thank Josh Migues for making it happen. I'd say we found Josh to be honest, professional, diligent, and NOT pushy. I'd recommend, and we've already referred him to friends.
