Buyer reviewJosiah Moore, Stood the test of time! Several dealings with listing agents that where subpar he continually advised and guieded the process. Backstory: We found the property we wanted and the listing agen was a NUT. Josiah continually advised and guieded the process. We scrapped the deal. Too Many questions. Our Second Property was a Hei. Josiah worked through the weekend to make contact and get an offer in. ACCEPTED! The worked with the listing agent and Title to close the deal. He always returned the Call and was wonderful to work with! Thank you Josiah for a job well done!
