We had little knowledge of procedures and requirements, and she laid everything out…was sincere and truthful about what she felt was our best options for several things. She encouraged us to ask a larger amount for our property than what we were going to ask. We followed her recommendation….our place sold the first week with that price! She always was there to answer our phone calls, emails, texts…or got back to us very shortly. She relieved a lot of anxiety, when our last move was over 42 years ago, and requirements, laws, etc. have changed so much in that time.
