I woud like to commend Joyce Hovey for all her work in our behalf. As a retired Military and law enforcement person, I appreciate a well executed plan, where all contingencies are considered.

Joyce Hovey is that person. She will carry you across the line to a satisfactory concusion on your sale.

I recommend her to anyone considering either buying or selling property, she does her homework.

Joyce was my agent when I purchased my snowbird home in Bullhead City, that I later listed for sale through her. I was happy with the sales price recommended by Joyce and was satisfied with the end result. The sale was unique because it was contingent on the Buyers selling their home in California and Joyce made every effort to protect me during the process. I would recommend her to anyone Buying or Selling a home in the Bullhead City area.

I met Joyce a year before I purchased my home, I stopped in her office by chance and told her what I wanted and when I to buy and that I planed to retire in the area within one year.

Joyce told me she would take care of my needs and keep me posted on homes that become available in the area that best suited my needs, and she did, she sent me emails of homes that she thought I might be interested in monthly until my retirement date got closer and we found the home we wanted.

I would recommend Joyce because of how hard she worked for me trying to find me a home of my choice, She is a great person inside and out.

I have already recommended Joyce Hovey to several of my friends that are interested in moving into the area in the near future.
