I am a licensed REALTOR® in Idaho and Washington, serving the communities of the Lewis Clark Valley. What makes this job exciting and interesting for me is the people. The relationships I've built through real estate often lead to long-term friendships. Along with these relationships, I enjoy the camaraderie our agents have. We're a family and we support each other - that's what this profession is all about.
I have two grown daughters, one of which is still here with me in the valley. My other daughter lives in Hawaii and recently made me a proud grandmother. I have a large extended family and we love to get together, play cards and catch up on each others lives. Family is important to me and as a result, helping clients make the best decision for their families is of utmost importance.

Joyce's assistant Charity was very helpful and kept us informed of status. will refer her to anyone in the area that is looking for a real estate agent to work with. Joyce and Charity went above and beyond the norm in helping to move some of the furnishing in the home that were no longer needed. I am quote sure in doing so they were helping some of their other clients with their needs. great team and a huge asset to Century 21.
