Buyer reviewWhen we first heard of Juan, my mother told me about him when she had gone to see one of his open houses. She told me she had a lot of confidence and a good feeling about him from that initial visit. Upon meeting him and their loan advisor Jacob, from 21 Century I knew why she chose them. Super friendly! and great communication from the start. They were quick with appointments and were very knowledgeable, explaining things throughly and reassuring whenever we were confused. Taught us a lot about the whole process on buying a house for the first time, which I thought was cool. Prompt and instant messages, or calls in case anything happened or if anything was needed they always kept us in the loop. Overal, the service was Excellent !!! For being our first time buying a house it was very difficult and frustrating at times but Juan and whole team at 21 Century made our whole moving process a swift and easy ride. We wouldn't have done it any other way !!

Buyer reviewIt was my first time buy a house I was super nervous. I wasn't sure if I was gonna get taken advantage of because of my lack of knowledge. Juan Juarez is a great professional friendly agent he explained everything so I would understand on what I was doing. he is with you all the way from start to finish. he Is on top of things if there something he doesn't no he will figure out the problem and find the answer fast. Juan is not one of those guys that sleep on the job. I was super grateful he was my agent for my first house my family and I thankful for Juan hard work I would definitely do business with Juan again I would definitely recommend him to the world ( Juan the man don't sleep on him ) You'll be happy with his work
