Seller reviewJudy & Denise are friendly, caring, and very knowledgeable in their field. They always go the extra mile with every circumstance that comes up. They are truly the best agents and, I have felt really taken care of in both properties I have sold with their help. Although there are challenges with selling any property, especially during a pandemic, they handled each thing that came up with grace, and positivity. So happy I was referred to them by my Century 21 agent in Northern California! The sale took longer as the first offer fell out of escrow in the 11th hour! Judy contacted the other people who originally made offers, and we were able to make the sale through her efforts. Judy made me feel like a friend, not just a business associate. I will always have positive feeling about her.

She helped prep the property for sale, arranging workers and meeting them when necessary as I live a distance away (it was a rental property). She got me a great sales price - more than I had anticipated. You can't go wrong with her as your agent.
