It was providence I think. I'm not from Checotah so looked in the yellow pages. Mistakenly called a title company. Was told they weren't a real estate agency, but that I definitely needed to contact Judy Buckmaster. I did and as it turned out she was the agent that had originally listed it for my Dad. She knew all about it and was able to get it listed quickly. The house sold in 5 days. So much more I could say but I couldn't have asked for or gotten a better agent. She was a God send. She did so much for me to help get it sold and closed since I live in Missouri. I love her; she is a gem. I was so lucky to find Judy. She was perfect and she found the perfect buyers. The house sold in 5 days, but had some unknown legal issues that caused the closing to be delayed 7 months. Both agent and buyers stayed the course until I could legally sell the house. Could not have got it all done without her. My little brother feels the same way. Want to do something special for her very soon.
