Seller reviewI was very impressed with Judy Overstreet. She is a professional with ethics. Knows the market and looks out for your best interests. I would (and will) highly recommend her to anyone who is either looking to buy a house or sell one I had purchased a house through Judy and had some one interested in buying my old house. I turned it over to Judy and she ran with it. My old house was never listed, therefore no sign or advertising needed. The new buyer and his agent was very "young" and required some "Guidance" and patient negotiation. Judy's experience and sales strategy was greatly appreciated Again, the is not an exaggeration as the young inexperienced buyer and his former employee now his inexperienced agent required far more from Judy than a normal sale. Again her performance was excellent and above reproach
