Seller reviewJulie went above and beyond in her efforts to sell our house. She was always available whenever I had any questions. There was interest the moment the house went on the market and it sold in week. We moved from the area and she has been a great help to us to tie up any loose ends that were left when we moved. Buyer reviewAs a first time home buyer, Julie did a great job explaining the entire process and other details each step of the way. She was especially helpful in light of the market troubles due to covid. Julie was always prompt for open houses and was able to point out details during the walkthrough that I wouldn't have initially given any thought to. She was also easily reachable by phone/text/email and was always on top of interactions with the sellers. The entire process was drawn out over 4 months due to the extremely competitive state of the covid housing market but she stayed positive and worked with me as diligently the 4th month as the 1st. I definitely recommend working with Julie and would do so given the chance again.
