She gave me good recommendations on property improvements that could potentially increase interest in the property (and they did). She knows the market very well. She not only knows her stuff, but puts it in to action to get what you need in the best time frame possible. This was the third time putting our house up on the market. Third times the charm doesn't factor in to having the right agent. And we did this time. Everything went smoothly and under Gods timing. From the time we listed, to the time we closed, was barely over 1 month. We sold for asking price, no closing costs and left our home in good hands to a loving family.
