Hobbies
I love to travel, meet new people, and spend quality time with my friends and family. I enjoy volunteering with various organizations within my community as well as taking an active role in my church. Over the past few years I have coached both youth cheer and softball. I enjoy being on Lake Jacksonville either boating, wake boarding, or fishing. If not there you might find me at either of Jacksonville's two ATV parks, River Run or Mud Creek. The truth is, I just love being outdoors!

Seller reviewI was VERY lucky when I called Julie's office on a Friday evening and she happened to be the one who answered the phone. She was extremely professional, VERY responsive, EXCELLENT with coordinating everything and was on top of her game. As an out of state investor, I had never seen the property and she was my local eyes and ears. I couldn't be more pleased with Julie and I would recommendation for an agent. I deal with agents all over the country and she is one of my favorites. Wish I had more properties in her area.

Seller reviewThe sale of this home was a difficult decision for me. Julie walked me through the process relieving my anxiety and made the entire process quick and easy. She marketed my home so well I was flooded with offers within a couple days, driving my sale above asking price. She is such a professional in her field, on top of every detail. I did not know her before enlisting her to sell my home, but would not consider using another agent for future needs. As a matter of fact she has already been instrumental in helping me find a new home.
