I embarked on my real estate career in Illinois (Chicago suburbs) in 2003. I was affiliated with Baird & Warner, Coldwell Banker, and Realty Executives for over five years. In 2015, my husband and I moved to the Colorado Springs area. I was a Transaction Coordinator in real estate and worked at a local landscaping outfit until 2019 when I became a full-time Realtor. But 2021 found us on the move again, and we landed in southeast Tennessee, where I have been licensed since. I have been blessed to help many families find their piece of the American Dream. I enjoy working with people, meeting new people daily, and helping them with home buying and selling. If it's finding a house in one day or one year, I'm here to help. Not everyone's situation is the same, and that's okay. Not everyone understands what it takes to buy a home, and that's okay. I will walk you through the process from beginning to end.

Seller reviewJulie helped us pull off the task of buying and selling in the same day. She far exceeded her expectations as a realtor. Continual contact through the whole buying and selling process. Emails daily on potential listings. She had great referrals for lenders, contractors etc. Julie priced our home very well. Any issues that came about were addressed immediately. I would definitely use Century 21 Legacy again, however there will be no need as Julie found us our forever home! I have and will recommend her to friends and family for their realtor needs.

Buyer reviewWorking with Julie was a pleasure. Purchasing a home from a remote (out of state) location, I needed her assitance to be my 'eyes and ears' within the market. Protect me from an original site since it did not pass inspection and locate another home that surpassed the original. It was within my requirements and she did not provide me properties that I was not interested in. Her professionalism, accesibility, and attention were at the highest level. She provided updates and guidence along the sale process. I would strongly recommend Julie to others looking for a home within the Athens, Tennessee market. She provided me the agent service and connected me with other contacts that could assist in making the process run smooth (inspector, utilities locations, etc.). She was a wealth of knowledge and a great assitance in the process.
