Buyer reviewJulio was professional, knowledgeable, and patient from start to finish. When we saw the house we wanted had reduced the price, we felt the urgency to act quickly. Even though Julio was out of town that day he was responsive, negotiated with the builder and had us get the home of our dreams. We always felt he had our best interest at heart and felt confident we were getting the best advice. Relocating to a new state had us asking many questions, we were impressed Julio was always a text or call away with no question being too small. I can't recommend him enough to anyone looking for a trustworthy and dedicated realtor.

He work about 3 months before the sale of are calif. Home. We flew to texas for a week and he showed us about 15 homes in 3 days. We then pick 2 houses out of 15 and he help to close the one we like best .He has help us from negotiations to closing ,he also did a final walk with the sales agent because we could not be there.We now not only have an agent but a very good friend.thank you julio for all you did for us...
