Her depth of wisdom of the intricacies of real estate is astonishing! There were no surprises in working with June which really says a lot given that I knew nothing about real estate when I first called her.
June has become more than a means to purchasing a home - she's become a genuine friend that I can rely on for help - she's gone way over-the-top in helping me not only in obviously buying my first home but also in the moving process... practically-speaking, a realtor's job is pretty much done when the buyer gets their keys and the realtor's get their commission...not for June - she would've been well within her rights to bid me good luck and farewell after we wrapped up closing but she's gone way above and beyond in helping me get settled in! June is one of the finest people I've ever had the privilege to meet!
Although I cannot compare against any prior experience (since this is my first home), I think the biggest take-away was how gifted June has been at making the daunting realm of real estate easily understandable and familiar. Buying a house has been something that I've dreaded for years because of how intimidating the whole process is...I cannot imagine a better realtor than June!

The main thing about purchasing a home is to have confidence in your realtor. This is the second time that June Cook has handled transactions for us. The first time, we actually did nothing and she carried the "whole ball" from beginning to end. This time was very similiar although we were more involved. She noticed things we did not and brought them to our attention. We could not be present for the Inspection and she was. She handled everything and we did not have to worry about a thing from finding a home to signing the papers at closing. I honestly don't know when June Cook slept because some mornings I would turn on the computer and there would be an e-mail that she had sent time wise almost in the middle of the night! She was ALWAYS ON TOP OF ANY SITUATION THAT AROSE and anything that we asked her to do (within reason) she did even though sometimes maybe she disagreed and pointed out why she disagreed. There was never a time that she was not available to us during this entire process.

We contacted several agencies to find one that would really work for us and know the value of our unique home and how to market it. April 2015
She was on our side for everything!! Not wanting us to settle for less. Made sure the prospective buyers knew they were getting their moneys worth with what we were asking. Made sure everything was done for our best interest.
She was there when ever we had questions and would get information back to us within hours usually. Always making sure things were convent for us. Having help with open house so everyone could be taken care of. Double checking that house was locked back up when we were out of town.
Help came for open houses and they were very friendly and asking questions to help sell our place. Office staff very friendly and did work quickly.
June was so helpful in the selling of our home and encouraging along the way. Most defiantly will recommend her to friends. And when the time comes to move again. hope she is still an agent, can't think of anyone else I would want for an agent!
