One experience that comes to mind was a month after we had purchased our home. We had electrical issues and he helped guide us until the issue was resolved.
Not only were Junior and Martha great agents but they are overall great people. We feel they are part of our family now. It's been a year since we purchased and they still reach just to see how we are doing and how things are going with the house. Any questions I've had throughout the year he has been very prompt to reply and help.
If they was a higher score than "EXCELLENT" he would be getting that.
Overall experience was exceptional. Hoping one day real soon he will be helping buy my second home. No one else will be considered. He made the experience of buying a home a great one. Nothing like the horror stories i hear from friends and family.
