As a REALTOR @ Century 21 Realty Group, I am very familiar with the area. I lived in Roane County for over 35 years mostly in Webster Subdivision and Village of Center Farms and Cumberland County the last 5 years. I was a sales rep for a company that serviced many accounts in Roane, McMinn, Rhea, Fentress and Cumberland before my recent move into Real Estate. I know that my previous experience in sales will greatly benefit me in this field. I had a very large weekly client base from TVA, Bowater, REU, Stonepeak, CoLinx, Micro Metals, Chase Scientific, Netshape and many other large accounts that I have many friends and connections in.
Of course, we all know that to be successful in anything in life requires a successful plan. I have a well-established presence in this area.
Selling can be stressful and obviously one of the most important financial decisions we will ever have to do. Normally, one's home or land is their most valuable asset. Seller reviewJustin was fantastic! He was a pleasure to deal with. Due to unforseen circumstances we were having to sell my mother's home after her sudden death. We knew who Justin was through some mutual friends and were familiar with his selling record partially because of his Facebook page. We reached out to him and he got back to us quickly. He had all of the information about the surrounding properties within a short time and helped us get everything ready for the sale. He was even willing to come and help us work on parts of the house. Justin went beyond his call to help us with some of the legal aspects and was able to find a buyer for the house quickly. Buyer reviewJustin spoke to us like a family friend. He pointed out things that were important for us to know and had no problem contacting us anytime of the day. He kept our budget in mind while finding us a home to fit my family's needs. He helped us set up inspections and that made life a lot easier for us.I would and do recommend him to everyone I know looking for a house. We can't thank him enough. Showed us things that could be a costly fix because he knew we weren't rich by any means. Explained things multiple times to us even if he already had because he knew we had anxiety about everything.
