Justin Stevenson had previously shown my house when listed with another agent and had worked vigorously to show my house to get it sold. He spoke with me on the phone prior to showing of my home to obtain features to give accurate info to potential buyers. Justin worked hard to be prepared with relevant info to relay to potential buyers sell my home prior to my signing him as my agent. Justin always took the time to speak to me personally and this built my trust in his ability to execute the eventual sale of my home.

Justin is an awesome agent going above and beyond what I expected anyone to do in the selling process of my home. He never once faltered to deliver outstanding service. I will certainly recommend him to any persn I may know needing the assistance of an agent in the future.

Justin overly deserves the agent of the century for what he endured during the sale of my home. I certainly could not have withstood the process without his expertise in people skills, critical thinking, negotiating and following the proper procedures to protect myself as his client at all costs.

Even where there were a few snags along the process of purchasing our home, Justin was in constant communication with us about status. Communication is key in all successful relations and we were in touch non-stop! The price negotiation was seamless, the inspection process was like clock work, and there was a constant flow of options and explanation made available for us when issues arose.

Justin Stevenson should be every person's favorite broker, because he is a stellar performer with "can do" written all over his every action. He was easily accessible, treated my every concern like it was a mission and accomplished it to the end. Most importantly, Justin treats clients like family, and makes sure that there is a distinction of "if you aren't happy, I'm not happy" with every step of the process.

Even though this was my first time buying a home, there was so much that became less difficult because of how well we were treated and informed. I cannot stress how important that was when it came to putting my family into a home we wanted. Thank you!
