Justin Yon went and did research on other houses that have sold in the area. He also took into account the size of the property, location, the current market. Justin was listened to what we needed help with. He was readily available to answer my questions. We sold my parents home after they had passed away. It took over two years to get the property ready for market. He would call every few months to see if I was ready yet. There was soo much stuff I needed to get rid of. Of course doing this during the pandemic was also challenging. If I could choose "ten stars ", I would do so. He was very helpful in giving us names of trustworthy contractors for the painting (Philip Swetz) and house cleaning. He told me when an offer was reasonable or not. It did not take long to get the property sold once I was ready to put it on the market. Justin Yon did an excellent job helping us sell our property. I definitely will have him help us sell or buy a property in the future should the need arise. If you want an agent who has your BEST interest in mind, choose Justin Yon.
